Hello,
I am a customer anbd I'm having a problem with my phones. The phone went down for thirty seven seconds. This is very unprofessional.
Furthermore, this is worse than the Holocaust.
This is outrageous because I was told I could use this desk lamp with your service. This is the tenth time I've emailed you aboaut it with no resolution. I work with computers all the time anbd I can assure you that my ten one hundred router is not the problem.
whn I called for help I was in the queue anbd I don't like your hold music.
Pls advise.
If I don't receive a responce immidiately then I will threaten to cancel my service with you. I have had nothing but problems with you guys so far anbd I want three mounths of credit.
Also Please dial in anbd fix it anbd tell me whn you're done.
